Description:

The MT-001 is a high quality rugged performance-based tachometer for use in elevator and other control systems. Unlike most other tachs the MT-001 has a cast housing and is designed to a European NEMA 4 equivalent. With very low voltage ripple (.2%) the MT-001 out-performs other "industry standard" tachs that generate over 1% ripple and more. In most applications, reversing error is also a big factor with the MT-001 at a low .1 % percent as compared to 2% and above for others. Four-brush rigging also extends the long life of these excellent tachometers that are competively priced. Rated up to 9000 RPM for use in any application. Also availiable in flange mount (see part # MT-002). 5/16" shaft diameter.
