D2120

Model D2120
Combination hoist motor field and brake in one package. This control combines true 3 phase output for independent control of the hoist motor field and brake. The D2120 offers multiple field and brake set points, separately adjustable ramp rates, full status indication and a host of other standard features. Field output is rated to 20A DC while the brake is 10A DC.

D2130

The IPC Automation model D2130 offers true three-phase hoist motor field or brake control a high-power rugged package. The D2130 provides multiple setpoints, seperatly adjustable ramp-up and ramp-down rates full staus indication and a host of other features designed to make it an ideal fit for jobs with large fields or brake coils. With the ability to operate in the either the current or voltage regulation modes, the D2130 will maintain precise output settings regardless of changing field impedance, temperature and line voltage variations. Input interlock circuitry selects thre highest numerical order input if all are selcted at the same time. Fail-safe current detection safety relay with adjustable setpoint. Soft-start circuit prevents hard starts. Requires a minimum of connections and will easily interface to PLC or relay controllers. 208/230 VAC Input 50/60Hz. Logic inputs-120VAC or DC (please specify) Output current -30 amps continuous.

C218

The IPC Automation model C218 Hoist motor field/Brake controller is a perfect fit for reliable low cost field or brake applications. The C218 can be set for either brake or Field mode by simple configuration of resistance at the input terminals. Provisions are made to readily accept a third Input phase to momentarily boost the ouput DC voltage to 150% of the nominal rating (approx. 270VDC max) for motor field forcing at leveling speed or quick brake release. On-board user adjustable sensing circuit detects output current to the field or brake and operates a fail-safe relay if the current falls below the preset point. Internal soft start ramp timing prevents hard stops or starts. Robust design and on-board fuse protection prevents control and/or wiring damge due to shorts or other sytem problems. 208/230 Vac input -0 to 180/270 VDC ouput. 15 DC amps continuous.

C1074
